We check interior as well as exterior of your home or business. A report is provided after each visit. Digital photos can also be provided.
We check for leaks, mold, rodents, vandalism, deliveries, or potential conditions that could leave your home or business vulnerable to severe weather conditions or man-made risks. All winter rates are for time period November 1-April 30th Winter Property Watch Discount Packages Available!* 
*Customer Sign up before December 31 of the present year and receive a 25% discount. A 6 month package is now only $157.50 for one visit per month. Includes 24 hour emergency visits. All other PPW, Inc, services (concierge, cable drop off, housesitting, deliveries) are billed at only $20.00 per hour. 
2 visits per month is $400.00 w/free after storm coverage and all other PPW services are billed at $15.00 per hour includes 24 hour emergency service.

3 visits per month is $600.00 w/free after storm coverage and all other PPW services are billed at $10.00 an hour includes 24 hour emergency service.
Year round clients and are billed at $10.00 per hour for all non-property watch services. Our Priority One business clients are Julie Heller Gallery, Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill, Wampum Jewelry Etc, and the Fine Arts Work Center.
Private clients can be provided upon request. |
